What are your social distancing guidelines while in the club?

We are asking all members to maintain a 1.5 metre distance between themselves and others in the club. Summit has implemented procedures to help ensure these distancing guidelines are respected including visual reminders, area closures and staff to monitor and enforce these rules.

What else is Summit doing to keep the gyms clean?

Summit is requesting that all members disinfect equipment after use and is providing extra sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer. We will have Summit staff cleaning all open areas of the gym throughout every day and doing a deep clean every night after closing.

All members will be required to use hand sanitizer when arriving and leaving the Summit.

Can I use a guest pass to visit the gym?

Guest passes will not allowed until further notice. We will also not be accepting new members for the first 60 days upon reopening. Our priority will be the safety of our current staff and members.

When are you going to charge my membership fees?

Normal membership fees will be switched on from June 15.  Personal Training fees will not start until it is organised with your Trainer. We will extend the expiration date for all unused PT sessions for 3 months

Will I get a credit for the learn-to-swim fees I paid for?

Everyone who paid term fees for term 1 missed out on the last three weeks of term. We will honour those paid lessons when we recommence in term 3. Those in term 1 will have first option on their previous timeslot.

Due to social distancing restrictions, we can not yet cater for infant aquatics on Saturdays and Mini Squads in the afternoon. We will be offering infant aquatics during the week and Mini Squads on Tuesday morning. If that doesn't suit, we can offer credit for Term 4 lessons.

Can I cancel my membership now?

Yes you can cancel you membership - it must be emailed to info@summitcentre.com.au

Can I put a temporary freeze on my membership when you reopen?

We realize that the COVID-19 pandemic has created unforeseen circumstances for many people, so we want to make sure that you know you can re-freeze your membership for up to an additional three months once we reopen. This is a great option if you need a little extra time to make it back to the gym.
