Get the best out of your exercise by joining one or more of our group fitness classes and enjoy a motivational and enjoyable experience. We have a great group of trainers that can help you get in shape and at the end meet a great group of people that you train with.

Our new timetable is here! BAX is a high intensity training encouraging myofascial release, muscle elasticity while building muscle. Fascial Fitness uses foam rollers, pressure point release balls and other stretching techniques. Our Mum's and Bubs and Mum's and Kids classes will promote the bonding and interactive experience.
