BAX concentrates on coordination in functional training based on the holistic principle of Yin and Yang, using the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine to allow the energy in the body to flow freely. This is a unique product which will work on body strength, muscle development, activating and stretching the myofascial tissue in the body and using breathing to create a synergy between physical and mental fitness.
