Summit specialises in Women's health and fitness. Our gym floor is women's only because we understand that many women appreciate training with discretion in an atmosphere that mixed gyms simple do not provide. Our trainers have a wealth of experience in meeting the specific needs of women. Whether it be toning, weight loss, or improving your energy and fitness levels, we can get you there. The trainers can also help in more specialised areas such as pregnancy, and post pregnancy training, pelvic floor strengthening, and training during menopause.
