Our awesome group fitness classes are the heart and soul of our club, the thing we do best. As well as getting fit, our classes have helped members make connections and form friendships - and we love how that contributes to the thriving family environment of our club.


Ready to reach new heights with your fitness?

Summit’s massive timetable is full of group fitness classes ranging from high intensity training to strength training, aqua aerobics, mind body sessions and low impact classes. Choose the class you prefer, depending on whether you wish to improve muscle tone, lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, build fitness or enhance your state of mind.

At Summit, we’ll help you achieve your optimal fitness level, whatever that may be.

With a women’s only gym floor, free creche, fabulous coffee and wide range of group fitness classes on offer, we know you’ll love it here at Summit Fitness Centre.

We are fully COVID compliant, with a strict set of protocols and procedures in place, including a COVID marshal, to ensure the health and safety of our members is preserved.


Looking for high intensity cardio and toning classes…. Try out Tone, RPM or Spin classes, designed especially for women who want optimal fitness. For low impact toning, many of our seniors enjoy Forever Fit and Aqua classes.

We provide a choice of high intensity training sessions with trainers ready to guide you in getting the most out of your workouts. Choose from: Metafit, Meta PWR, Tabata and Bootcamp.

High Intensity Training options


Our mind/body balance group fitness classes help you build core strength, flexibility, overall strength and focus, leaving you feeling centred and calm. We offer yoga, pilates, body balance or fascial fitness.

Seeking Mind Body balance?


To build strength and muscle tone, we have classes such as Body Pump and Tone.

Depending on the outcomes you wish to achieve, we have a range of fabulous group fitness classes to suit all ages and stages of fitness. If you’re unsure where to start, our friendly, and experienced team can advise you on one or two group fitness classes to try, and you can build on your routine from there. We’re always here to help.
