We created a women’s only gym floor because we understand many women want to train with discretion, in an atmosphere which mixed gyms simply do not provide. Our team want you to feel comfortable, safe, motivated and ready to achieve your fitness goals.

Focused on Optimising Women’s Fitness

We offer great fitness solutions and options for women of all ages. Our trainers can help you with all aspects of women’s fitness including specialised areas such as pregnancy and post pregnancy training, pelvic floor strengthening and training during menopause.

Summit offers a 7-day free pass so you can “try before you buy”. We’re sure you’ll love our women’s fitness centre. We’d love you to come and check us out.

What to Wear and Bring

As a valued Summit Fitness member, we want you to feel comfortable while you train. You can wear whatever you prefer, whether that’s a t-shirt and shorts or active wear – it’s up to you. Joggers or fitness training shoes are required and it is essential that you bring along a drink bottle and a towel. You’ll be asked to sanitise any equipment you use, to keep everyone COVID-safe and we thank you for your co-operation on this.
